This is one mean, green machine that looks poised and ready to strike at any moment. The heart of this venomous ’67 Ford Mustang fastback is powered by a supercharged 5.0L Coyote motor giving it some modern horsepower. The Mustang features old-school styling with a modern twist regarding looks and performance.
Mike Mclin from the Restomod Store built this unique Ford Mustang, and it features more custom modifications than we could probably count. A few of those mods include shaved door handles and drip rails, a flush rear bumper, a custom valance, custom hood, front air dam and splitter among other things. We can’t forget that custom green shade on charcoal that makes this ride seriously pop.
Suspension modifications include top-of-the-line parts from Heidts in the front and Pro G independent suspension in the rear. Wheels of choice are a staggered Pro Touring design with 18x9 in the front and 19x10 on the rear, both wrapped with Hankook Ventus tires, sizes 255/35ZR18 and 305/30ZR19. The wheels are painted to match the color of the car, suede charcoal with a snakeskin green lip. Behind the wheels hide large Wilwood brakes.
Seeing this green beast at any car event would likely draw a crowd, especially once the hood is propped up giving access to what’s inside. Knowing that it is powered by a modern supercharged 5.0L would make some green with envy. While this build may not sit well with some hardcore traditionalists, it is a detail-oriented build that should demand utmost respect by almost everyone.
