This new line of single and dual bottle brackets is a direct result of feedback from our dealers and customers at the track, and designed to be used with either 10 or 15 pound bottles.
The new product category features nine new part numbers that cover the needs of virtually any type of customer and application. ARC is a pioneer in the nitrous market and has been simplifying the way we control nitrous bottle pressure and temperatures for more than 2 decades.
ARC’s NEW Billet Aluminum Non-Heated Nitrous Bottle Brackets are designed to be mounted horizontally or vertically in the vehicle, and safely secure a 10 or 15 pound bottle. Manufactured from T-6061 billet aluminum and clear anodized for easy maintenance, the bracket assemblies feature rubber o-ring cushion seats to eliminate bottle chafing and provide a tight fit. This complete kit comes with everything you need to retrofit an advanced mounting system into your vehicle, including hardware and instructions.
ARC’s NEW Billet Aluminum Heated Nitrous Bottle Bracket Kits are designed to not only safely mount a 10 or 15 pound bottle, but also heat the bottle in the staging lanes. Heating the nitrous bottle is nothing new, as it provides much better atomization of the gas and fuel for a cleaner, more efficient burn. A standard non-heated nitrous bottle bracket easily converts to a heated system by simply adding on the custom made warmer plate kit later. The heated kits include: single or dual bottle brackets, formed aluminum warmer plate, nitrous bottle warmer, hardware, and instructions.
ARC’s Nitrous Bottle Warmers, which are included with the heated kit, are designed for standard 12-volt power, 13.8-volt alternator power, and 16-volt race battery power all in the same unit, or can be purchased in 120-volt AC for heating in the pits. The nitrous bottle warmers are made from high-grade silicone rubber, with positive and ground wires firmly attached and ready for installation. ARC also provides a Nitrous Pressure Control Kit that is specifically designed to completely wire the assembly to your vehicle and includes: adjustable nitrous pressure switch that ranges from 500 to 1250psi, relay kit, toggle switch with safety cover, 12 gauge wire, wiring connectors, #4 or #6 dual-port AN fitting, and in-line fuse kit.
