OPTIMA Batteries 2010 Ultimate Street Car Invitational Broadcast Dates Announced

OPTIMA Batteries has released the 2010 OPTIMA Ultimate Street Car Invitational broadcast trailer which gives viewers an exclusive look at the high-speed racing, in-car and on-track footage that will be seen during the 2010 OUSCI TV special premiering on SPEED Friday, March 11 at 8 p.m. ET.
 
The two-minute trailer also includes interviews with industry leaders and OPTIMA Invitational participants, as well as clips of this year’s hosts, automotive enthusiast and larger-than-life personality Bill Goldberg and regular SPEED contributor and automotive racing reporter, Jamie Howe.

Presented by K&N Filters and MagnaFlow, the OPTIMA Ultimate Street Car Invitational is held immediately following the SEMA Show and puts a variety of both import and domestic manufactured vehicles through a series of performance and design events, in order to crown the 2010 OPTIMA Ultimate Street Car. The one-hour TV program showcases 50 of the world’s most highly-modified, pristine and street-legal vehicles competing on a track, proving they were built for performance and speed.
 
As a reminder, the 2010 OUSCI TV Show is scheduled to air on SPEED during the following times:

How to Share the Player?

Post the player on my Facebook News Feed
1.     Click the orange “Share” button in the center of the Ultimate Power Player
2.     A window will open inside the player, and you will be directed to Facebook
3.     Log into Facebook Connect
4.     Add a comment
5.     Click blue “Share” button
6.     The player will be posted to your news feed
 
Embed the player on your Website
1.     Keep in mind that for most websites, you must be an administrator of the website to embed the player
2.     Click the orange “Share” button
3.     Click the “copy” button or using your mouse copy all of the code to your clipboard
4.     Paste the code (in its entirety) to the desired location within your webpage’s source code
 
Share the player on Twitter
1.     Click the orange “Share” button
2.     Click the twitter icon
3.     A new browser window will open, and you will be directed to twitter
4.     Log into twitter
a.     under “What’s Happening”  a message relating to the player will automatically be filled in
5.     Click “tweet”
6.     The wording and mini link will be posted to your feed
Email the player to a friend (option 1)
1.     Click the orange “Share” button
2.     Click the email tab
a.     (there are 3 tabs at the top of the pull down screen - it says “post, bookmark, email”) click the email one
3.     Input
a.     Your friend’s email address (or import from an existing contact list)
b.    Input your name
c.     Click send
Email the player to a friend (option 2)
1.     Take a screenshot of the player
2.     Paste the player image into an html enabled email
3.     Hyperlink the image to the landing page with the player on it
4.     Write an email to all your friends with the hot linked image
5.     Click send

Can I resize the player?
1.     Yes!
2.     Click the “Share” button.
3.     Click the “Copy” button
4.     Copy the embed code and then paste the embed code into notepad.
5.     Change the code height='400' width='400'width and height to something smaller than 400x400. The height and width needs to be proportionate like 300x300.
6.     Post that to a webpage and see how it looks in the designated area.
 
I can’t see the player at all, it’s just a black box
1.     The player is a flash enabled player. Please make sure that you have the most recent version of flash installed.
a.     Go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to download the most recent version of Adobe Flash.
2.     If you are viewing the player from an iPhone or iPad these devices do not support flash, please view the player from a devise that is Flash enabled.
