They replace the originals using OEM rubber bushings on the bottom for a comfortable ride and a molded urethane lower spring seat to reduce noise. A further improvement for the 1963-‘64 cars is an upgrade to the front bushing mounts that eliminates the troublesome original cranked adjuster bolts. A CNC machined alloy steel upper arm shaft is fitted with urethane bushings for enhanced control. New ball joints are installed into the CNC machined sleeves, TIG welded to .188 DOM alloy steel tubing. Sway bar mounts are provided to complete the installation.
