The Compu-Tronix DIS8 system uses the latest in micro-circuitry technology to create a high-energy performance ignition system that features compact architecture and ease of use.
The system is practically plug-n-play and does not require any external ignition boxes. All of the electronics are self-contained within the sealed lid of the housing. This unit features a high quality CNC machined billet aluminum housing made in the USA. It is maintenance free and gives 100% performance output up to 12,000 rpm’s. As with all DIS8 systems, a built in static timing light and tach driver are included in the housing. A centrifical advance also aids in tunability. The low profile height of the unit is great if you need clearance for a supercharger drive. The kit comes complete with housing, two 60,000-volt coil packs, wire harness and spark plug wires. Bottom line, being a more efficient ignition you will get increased power, better mileage and fewer emissions.
