The Carlisle Events people use the tag line "I found it at Carlisle" and that pretty much sums it up for people that go to their All-Ford show every June. Check out what we spotted in the vendors area for Fox Mustang owners in the blog:
Cruising through the rows of vendors every year at the Carlisle All-Ford show it amazes us that every year more and more Mustang parts continue to be reproduced. Now, as the Fox Mustang turns 30 years old the restoration of late-model Mustangs is on the rise. Many companies are jumping in with the typical wear and service items like weather stripping, plastic trim, sheetmetal, and more. The interior parts are coming on line now as well with upholstery kits, sunvisors, headliners, seatbelts, and so forth.
TMI Products, well known for their outstanding classic Mustang interior parts has been working on the Fox Mustang product line for some time now with several styles of seat upholstery and more recently even the seat foam itself. Now, TMI has introduced reproduction Mustang door panels for the '87 and up Fox Mustang and the OE halo headrest for the '82-'86 Mustang seats (though they can be added to the '87-'93 seats for a custom look as well). Other products recently released include original style T-top vinyl bags, moonroof bag, and convertible boot bag, plus convertible boots in OE colors and molded headliners as well. I'm sure there'll be more Fox Mustang interior goodies coming in 2009!
