Editor Houlahan grabs some gears and meets fellow Factory Five owners. Check out the blog for the details

Like many of you I frequent certain Internet message boards that are relative to my interests and hobbies. From the Sport Trac forum to the vintage Mustang forum and many others, I spend quite a bit of time online. Of course I also spend a lot of time right here writing blogs, posting to our forums, creating videos and more.

The Factory Five owners forum is one of these such hangouts of mine, and recently a new member from Canada, who was visiting in my area, put out a request to see some FFR Roadsters, as he was contemplating buying a kit to build. In short order the thread grew as other central Florida members asked "when and where". We finally settled on a nice sports bar for lunch (and some of the Miami Dolphins game).

But instead of having the forum member simply meet us there in his rental car, I had him swing by the house and I gave him a ride in our finished Mk III roadster to the sports bar. One that I'm sure he'll remember until he starts making memories of his own in his completed Roadster.

What memories have you made for someone lately with your Ford or Mustang project?
