Silver Mustang Registry announces Stone Mountain Park Freedom Cruise to benefit the
Veterans of Foreign Wars Foundation


May 16th - 17th, 2009 SilverMustangs.com will hold its second annual Silver in the Hills Cruise which will benefit the Veterans of Foreign Wars Foundation at Stone Mountain Park, Georgia.

All proceeds during the event will go towards improving the lives of veterans and service personnel, their families, and the communities in which they live and work. For over 100 years, the success of the VFW has been built on programs that have given the ability to improve lives. Silver in the Hills (S.I.T.H) has become an annual celebration at beautiful Stone Mountain Park the weekend before Memorial Day to symbolize an American icon and now celebrates our American hero’s. SMR will take a journey around the mountain waving the colors of the red white and blue.

Freedom Cruise is not a judged show. It is an event to celebrate freedom, veterans and of course the Mustang. All Mustang colors are invited. SMR was founded in 2006 and is based out of Pensacola, Florida which is labeled the Cradle of Naval Aviation.

WHEN: Saturday May 16th - Sunday May 17th, 2009
WHERE: Stone Mountain Park, Georgia
TIME: Saturday (9 A.M. - 10 P.M.) Park Activities
Sunday (10 A.M. - ) The Varsity / Braves Game
FEES: No registration fee. $8 Vehicle Entry
