Not just another automobile and pickup hybrid the Ranchero we found recently has sleek lines combined with the Ford’s best ever Fairlane front end, tasteful ornamentation and a recessed “sugar scoop” back window. The wheel and tire combo doesn’t hurt either and we all know that even a Galaxie station wagon looks fast with a set of Vintage 45’s. It’s got a 289 and an AOD and we’re all set to help our neighbor move his refrigerator.
